Every country has its own norms, rules and procedure for student loans. In India, it is called as Educations Loans. Few countries like USA provide student loans in forms of scholarships and grants etc. These loans can be availed from private banks. In USA, federal government also provides student loans.

The eligibility and amount for these loans depends on many factors. Banks consider them to approve loans. These factors include yearly income of parents and others. Normally, the interest observed is two percent less than other loans. Few countries like India keep a provision to exempt the amount paid against the interest as tax free.

However, every candidate must study the entire terms and conditions before taking any loans. Special attention should be paid to the rate of interest along with payment schedules.
